Application Fee Payment Instructions
Fee Details Note
Before making any payment, please check the respective Program brochure to verify the exact payment details and required fee amount for your selected skill program. You can view all brochures on the Programs page.
Steps to complete your payment:
Navigate to SBI Collect
Click the official SBI Collect URL provided below. This will open the secure State Bank Collect page dedicated to CSIR-NGRI in a new tab.
Fill Fee Details & Info
Enter your correct personal information (Name, Email, Mobile) and select the specific fee amount as required for the program you are applying to. Ensure the details match your application form.
Complete the Transaction
Use Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI to complete the fee payment transaction. Once the payment is successful, do not close the window immediately.
Download Payment Receipt
Important: After payment, download the payment receipt (PDF or Image format) to your local device. Make sure to note down the transaction reference number (e.g., UTR / DU number).
Upload Receipt in Application
When filling out the Multi-Step Application form, enter the payment date, amount paid, and UTR number, then upload the downloaded payment receipt in Step 4.

- If a training programme is postponed or cancelled by CSIR-NGRI, the registration fee paid by the applicant will be refunded in full.
- Applicants who are not shortlisted for the training programme will also be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Shortlisted candidates who are unable to attend the training programme due to unavoidable personal reasons may request a refund of the registration fee by submitting a written request to CSIR-NGRI before the commencement of the programme. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the institute's refund policy.
- The refund will be processed through the online mode of payment within the period of 20-25 working days.

Always double check that you are on the official State Bank of India site. The corporate name shown should be associated with CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute.
